Among them, 160.60 kilometers of new 110 kilovolt and above lines and 170 million kilovolt-amperes of transformer capacity have been started, 130.47 kilometers of 110 kilovolt and above lines and 101 million kilovolt-amperes of transformer capacity have been put into operation.
In 2019, Tangshan Power Supply Company will strictly implement the "Four Strategies", "Five Hard Battles" and "Ten New Breakthroughs" of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government. It will focus on the power demand of regional economic and social development, revise the "13th Five-Year" power grid plan progressively, carry out ahead the "14th Five-Year" power grid development research, and grasp the power consumption. Load distribution and growth trend, actively explore the convergence point between power grid development and industrial restructuring, break the bottleneck of power grid development. We will intensify the pre-construction work of the power grid, do a good job in the approval of three 220-kilovolt and 10 110-kilovolt transmission and transformation projects, such as Heiyanzi, Maoshan and Shilipu, and complete the re-location of 220-kilovolt substations in the front of the station and the pre-work of 110-kilovolt substations in Tiexi and Bei'an Road. At the same time, we should closely follow up the development plans of livable, livable, industrial and tourist-friendly modern main urban areas and Caofeidian modern coastal new town, fully consider the industrial development, functional positioning and supporting conditions of traffic city construction, carry out ahead of schedule planning and layout, transfer power grid planning with Beijing-Tianjin industry, centralize non-capital functions, and key enterprises in the city centre. The demand of projects such as retirement and relocation is closely linked. We will intensify efforts to promote key projects, ensure that 2 220 kilovolts are delivered from 11 Tangshan and Zunhua power plants, and 9 110 kilovolt milestone projects such as China-Japan Industrial Park and Tangfeng Road are put into operation on schedule, so as to effectively improve their carrying capacity and the quality of power supply services.
On this basis, we should optimize the construction of power grid in urban central areas, accelerate the construction of cable tunnels in College Road, Longyuan Road and the comprehensive corridor from Hedong Road to Zengsheng Road, and promote Chaoyang Road, Planning Third Road and West Outer Ring Cable Tunnels into the urban construction plan so as to coordinate, match and promote the urban distribution network and urban development. In addition, the management of power supply reliability should be emphasized throughout the whole process of distribution network planning, construction, operation and maintenance, management and control, so as to improve the standardized network structure, equipment quality, intelligent management and control, and service capacity of distribution network; vigorously serve the rural revitalization, give full play to the driving role of basic industry and public utilities of power grid, and accelerate the replenishment of Qinong. In order to improve rural electrification, we should focus on solving the problems of insufficient power supply capacity, weak grid structure and low quality of power supply. On the basis of the successful completion of the pilot work of 356,000 households on "coal-to-electricity" in 2018, we will continue to concentrate on coordinating construction efforts, start ahead of schedule, and comprehensively complete the construction of this year's "coal-to-electricity" ancillary power grid project, so as to ensure the warm winter for residents.
